Property Clean-Ups in the Whitsundays
MowMaster Whitsundays — owned and operated by Jesse Askew. Free quotes, no lock-in contracts.
Sometimes a property needs more than a mow. Blocks that have been sitting empty, houses going on the market, end-of-lease tidy ups, and the mess left behind after a big blow are all clean-up jobs — cut it all back, clear the debris and take it away in one hit.
In the Whitsundays these calls spike twice a year: after the storm season, when yards across Airlie Beach and Cannonvale are full of fallen fronds and branches, and in the lead-up to selling, when a rural block out toward Proserpine or Strathdickie needs to look presentable for photos. Both are about getting the property back to a baseline you can maintain.
A typical clean-up runs from knocking the grass down, through whipper snipping fence lines and around structures, clearing beds and overgrowth, and loading out the green waste and rubbish. Once it's back to scratch we can put the property on a regular rotation so it never gets there again.
How much does a property clean-up cost?
Every job is quoted individually and the quote is free.
The size of the property and how much of it is involved sets the scale of the job.
How long it's been left is the biggest variable — a yard neglected for a season and one neglected for two years are very different.
Slope and access decide what gear and how many trips are needed, and hand work like whipper snipping fence lines and clearing beds adds time.
The volume of green waste and rubbish being removed is the final factor. Jesse comes out, looks at the block and gives you a firm price before anything starts — no obligation either way. Call him on 0422 643 936.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take everything away, or just cut it?
We haul it away as part of the job. No piles left behind and no trips to the tip for you.
Can you clean up a property before it goes on the market?
Yes, and it's one of our most common jobs. Give us the photo date and we'll work back from it.
Do you clear storm debris?
We do — fallen fronds, branches and debris after the wet season blows. Call early, as the week after a big storm books out fast.
What happens after the clean-up?
Most clients move straight onto a regular mowing or garden round so the property stays maintained. There's no lock-in contract on that.
